New Study on HRT for Menopause Suggests Higher Risk
Created on 8/30/2019 1:10:01 PM

The menopause is in the news once again, this time, worryingly, to re-establish the link between HRT and breast cancer.  In 2015 the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (Nice) issued new guidelines which suggested the risk was minimal.  Today, The Guardian has released an article on the latest published research.  You can read the full article from the Guardian here – HRT & Breast Cancer, New Study

Whatever your opinion on the benefits of HRT for relieving the symptoms, this significant change of information is very confusing for many women.  Lots of ladies can find menopausal symptoms disruptive at best and debilitating at worst, some don’t want to or can’t take HRT and need to pursue another, more natural way of managing their menopause.

If you’re concerned about these latest findings and would like to know more about how to manage your menopause without HRT, please get in touch.   My Menopause Relief Programme (MRP), is specifically designed to help ladies take back control of their hot flushes, their sleep pattern and their menopause. In addition, my book - My Menopause, My Way, is full of effective advice, hints and tips.
